Proper athletic development is critical to the success of any athlete. Warren Academy’s Sports Performance program will enhance athletic performance, regardless of age, gender or sport.
Warren Academy offers two programs designed around age, experience and level of competition. Our Sports Readiness and Speed & Agility programs are designed to maximize athletic performance through functional training methods.
Sports Readiness: 3rd – 6th Grade, Coed
Designed for younger athletes, 3rd to 6th grade

Speed & Agility: 7th +, Coed
Designed for more advanced athletes, 7th grade and above
Training components:
